2nd generation brushless DC motor control unit up to approx. 10 watts with controlled voltage source, LED display, push button control, acoustic drive and serial communication interface. Adapted to battery power.
In conjunction with a PC, it is easy to enter operating parameters through the FCE2 software and display the measured values.
3. Generation of brushless DC motor control unit up to approx. 25 W with LED display or graphical TFT display, push button control, acoustic drive and serial communication interface. Adapted to battery power.
In conjunction with a PC, it is easy to enter operating parameters via the FCE3 software and display the measured values.
Simple brushless DC motor control unit up to approx. 6 watts with switching power supply, pushbutton control and acoustic drive. Adapted to battery power.
Simple brushless DC motor control unit up to approx. 4 watts with switching power supply and acoustic converter. It has been designed with minimal dimensions and specially adapted to power from one lithium cell.
Speltronic s.r.o. - Blansko, among other things, is engaged in the development of electronics for filter and ventilation systems and supplies ready-made boards to MALINA – Safety in Jablonec nad Nisou, which is the manufacturer of motorized ventilation units CleanAir. These systems serve to protect the respiratory tract in the most demanding industrial environments.
The filtration units provide effective filtration of air contaminated with particulate pollutants (dust, nontoxic and toxic fumes, smoke, solid and liquid aerosols, bacteria and viruses), have high mechanical and chemical resistance, resistance including UV radiation, watertightness and dust-tightness. They meet the world's most stringent occupational health standards.
Cooperation with MALINA – Safety dates back to 1995. Since then, we have developed several generations of electronic control systems. The main objective of the regulation is to provide the user with a defined airflow with respect to the maximum working time of the unit. This is a process-controlled flow control based on a calibration curve, eliminating ambient influences such as air temperature and pressure, filter clogging etc.
